Amanda AaronAmanda is one of the inaugural Spots—she joined Team Spot in its very first year (2012), and was a huge part of the team back in Kentucky! She and her husband, Josh, decided to expand the See Spot brand and move it to Florida with their family in 2015.
Amanda Aaron serves as Regional Manager and Brand Ambassador for the See Spot Florida locations. She manages customer relations, new and existing groomer education, and quality standards for the See Spot brand in the Florida market. She is an industry speaker, educator, nationally ranked dog show exhibitor and breeder, and brand influencer for Zolitta Shears- an International Shear and Tool company. Amanda’s favorite part of her job includes helping groomers better themselves, and building bonds with her clients (human and canine, alike). Amanda is an award-winning competitive groomer. She co-wrote a monthly column in Groomer to Groomer Magazine, and enjoys teaching groomers across the country on various platforms. She also breeds and exhibits Bichon Frise in AKC events under the kennel name Siren. She has excelled in the AKC show ring, winning many top honors with dogs she bred. |
Brittney ValleBrittney has been at See Spot since the year of its birth. She was raised in the pet industry, but pursued grooming as a professional career in 2011.
She achieved the status of Nationally Certified Master Groomer with the National Dog Groomer’s Association in 2015 and has helped mold See Spot’s internal grooming apprenticeship. Brittney has won many awards, placements and wins at grooming competitions across the country, as well as exhibiting her Miniature Poodles in AKC events under the kennel name "Camarada". She was a contributing author for Groomer to Groomer Magazine and wrote a monthly grooming tutorial on how to achieve her style. She uses multiple online platforms to educate groomers across the globe. At a grooming table, she was known for her distinctive style, but her favorite part of grooming was being entrusted in the care of puppies at a young age and building a positive foundation for grooming for the rest of their lives. Away from her table, Brittney is known as the “guidance counselor” for See Spot’s groomers—whether it be to help them grow their technical skills, set goals for achievements, or coach them on how to best serve their clients or create a positive work-life balance. |
